These two modalities are often used together to create coherence inside and between the body and subtle systems. It is important to know that healing does take place during your session, and sustaining that state requires ongoing alignment in your lifestyle. This may be gradual or immediate, and you can be sure that I will advise and support you as you make lifestyle adjustments to align with your highest frequency living.

Sound Healing
Celebrate your birthday, anniversary or other special couple or small group special event in our peaceful studio, featuring deep cleansing sound healing, reiki and hot tea served. Crystal and Tibetan bowls, percussion, wind instruments and voice are used to alchemize energies. Each event is planned with care. To discuss your next event contact Lisa directly at 224/605/5243. Vibroacoustic Bed Therapy
Vibration Therapy provides an incredible experience that bridges body and soul. This immersive experience is had with sound and vibration being felt through the senses. Musical compositions such as “ Releasing grief”, “My body is aligned”, sacred hertz attunements and so much more are selected specifically for your needs.
Each session is $80/hour as a stand alone Therapy, or $40/30 minutes when coupled with bodywork or energy healing.

Is something just “stuck”? A neck pain that can’t be explained. A nervousness that seems to live in some mysterious place inside. An impluse or a confusion that just can’t be named, but it feels unique to you. That strange ailment that doctors cannot explain. Or maybe you are considering surgery but something in your gut tells you to reconsider. This is where my offerings shine either on the massage table or in the movement studio. Each individual has a very unique set of needs when it comes to movement therapy. In this healing modality you and I will collaborate to alchemize and heal important blockages felt. Meet Nate
Nate is our resident therapy dog. He is friendly to all and is quick with a kiss or a snuggle. Visitors and guests are always soothed by his presence and enjoy him as part of their healing experience at Heart’s Light. He is hypoallergenic and quiet during sessions. However, should you have an aversion to dogs please let Lisa know ahead of time.
